摘　　要：本文从病原不同基因型、炎性细胞因子、自身免疫异常和伯氏疏螺旋体等4个方面在整个病程的作用论述了莱姆病的发病机理;从病程早、中、晚3期多式多样的临床症状和依据多系统多脏器损伤出现11个病型的临床特征描述了莱姆病的临床表现和临床分型;从流行病学资料、临床特点、实验室检查结果和临床确诊5要素提出了莱姆病的临床诊断与鉴别诊断;从临床常规化验、血清学检测、分子生物学检测和病原分离培养等方面介绍了莱姆病实验室检测技术;从临床处置原则、早期治疗、中期治疗、晚期治疗和病愈后康复保健等阐述了莱姆病的治疗,为深入研究与临床诊治工作提供了科学依据。The pathogenesis of Lyme disease,a tick borne disease,was discussed from different genotypes, inflammatory cytokines,autoimmune abnormalities,and Borrelia burgdorferi in the whole course of disease.The clinical manifestations and clinical classification of Lyme disease were described in the eleven clinical symptoms and features with multiple organs and multiple organs in the early,middle and late stages of the disease.The clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Lyme disease were presented from epidemiological data,clinical features,laboratory examination results and clinical diagnosis.The detection technology of Lyme disease was introduced from the aspects of clinical routine testing,serological detection,molecular biological detection and pathogen isolation culture.The clinical treatment of Lyme disease is described from the clinical treatment principle,early treatment,middle treatment, advanced treatment and rehabilitation and health care.The review is aim to provide scientific basis for the further research and prevention and control.
