摘  要:目的了解松江区白纹伊蚊的抗药性现状,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供有效依据。方法采集白纹伊蚊幼虫在实验室饲养一代后,使用药液浸渍法,计算幼虫的LC_(50)值及其95%置信限,对比敏感品系得出抗性倍数(R/S)。结果松江区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为28.23和17.14,为中抗;对双硫磷的抗性倍数为3.12,为低抗。结论松江区白纹伊蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性发展相对较快。应定期做好蚊虫抗性的动态监测,并结合蚊虫不同季节的消长情况轮换使用敏感药物。Objective To understand the resistance status of Aedes albopictus in Songjiang district and provide effective evidence for the scientific use of insecticides.Methods The collected larvae of Aedes albopictus were bred for one generation in the laboratory.The larvae dipping method was employed for bioassay.Results Aedes albopictus larvae evolved medium resistance to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin,with resistant ratios of 28.23 and 17.14 respectively,while low resistance to temephos,with resistant ratio of 3.12.Conclusion The resistance development of Aedes albopictus to pyrethroid insecticides in Songjiang was relatively fast.
