摘  要:目的测定廊坊首都第二机场建设区域自然村淡色库蚊的抗药性状况,为杀虫剂使用提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性倍数。结果淡色库蚊幼虫对DDT、毒死蜱、双硫磷、氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯5类常用药剂的抗性倍数分别为24.24、0.12、3.33、6.83和8.67。结论根据抗药性合理选择杀虫剂,以提高防治效果,并能延缓淡色库蚊抗药性的增长。Objective To explore the resistance situation of Culex pipiens pallens larvae in natural village of the second capital airport construction region,and provide scientific basis for the application of insecticides.Methods Impregnation method was adopted to test the resistance of mosquito larvae to insecticides.Results Culex pipiens pallens larvae tested evolved 24.24,0.12,3.33,6.93 and 8.67 folds resistance respectively to DDT,Chlorpyrifos, temephos,cypermethrin and tetramethrin.Conclusion The insecticides should be applied to improve the control effect and delay the growth of resistance.
