摘　　要：光动力疗法在皮肤科主要用于治疗皮肤肿瘤、癌前病变及尖锐湿疣。由于其具有良好的组织选择性和美容效果,且操作简单方便,现在已经逐渐应用于多种非肿瘤性皮肤病的治疗,包括尖锐湿疣、痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、慢性皮肤溃疡、真菌性皮肤病、瘢痕疙瘩等,并取得了良好的治疗效果。Photodynamic therapy is mainly used in dermatology to treat skin tumors, precancerous lesions, and condyloma acuminatum. Due to its excellent tissue selectivity, easy operation and good cosmetic effect, it has been gradually applied to the treatment of various non-neoplastic skin diseases, such as verruca acuminata, acne, rosacea, chronic skin ulcer, fungal diseases, keloid, and so on. Here is the review on the advancement in photodynamic therapy for non-neoplastic skin diseases.
