摘　　要：为保证门座(桥架)起重机动态电子秤测量结果的准确可靠,根据铁路货物装载加固规则,通过力学分析计算,利用在集装箱内部设定的标准砝码重心偏移量作为偏载参考值的方法,在集团公司范围对门座(桥架)起重机动态电子秤的偏载量进行计量校准试验,并经铁道货车超偏载检测装置对集装箱货车测量验证,能够满足使用要求,该方法可作为判断门座(桥架)起重机动态电子秤检测的偏载结果能否满足使用要求的依据。Bridge (bridge)in order to ensure the door crane dynamic electronic scale accurate and reliable measuring results, according to the rules of railway cargo loading reinforcement,through mechanics analysis and calculation,and used within the container to set the standard weight of center of gravity offset as partial load reference method,the scope of group company steel bridge (bridge) crane dynamic partial loads of electronic measurement calibration experiment was carried out,and the railway wagon the partial load testing device for container truck measurement verification,can satisfy the use requirement,the method can be used as judgment gate bridge (bridge)crane dynamic electronic scale detection of partial load the basis of the results can satisfy the use requirement.
