摘 要:目的:探讨建设医院商业智能系统,为医院管理者和卫生主管部门及时掌握医院运营状况及医院发展提供决策支持。方法:采用大数据平台和分布式MPP数据库作为数据仓库,将医院的各个业务子系统中的生产数据通过ETL工具抽取到数据仓库,建立以财务管理分析、成本管理分析、工作效率分析、资源分析、工作质量分析和发展创新分析为主题的医院商业智能信息系统。根据各个分析主题,建立对应的关键绩效指标,创建OLAP多维数据集,设计各个指标的前端展示页面。实现了医院运营数据的多维度可视化展现。结果及结论:医院商业智能信息系统的建设对医院有效控制成本,提高医疗服务能力具有重要的推动作用。Objective: For hospital administrators and health departments in a timely manner to master the hospital cost control effect, medical service capacity, operating condition and hospital development capability to provide decision support. We explore the hospital business intelligence information system. Methods: We take the Big data platform and distributed MPP database as the data warehouse. The production data in each business subsystem of the hospital is extracted from the ETL tool to the data warehouse. Business intelligence information system based on financial management analysis, cost management analysis, work efficiency analysis, resource analysis, job quality analysis and development innovation analysis. According to the theme of each analysis, the key performance indicators are set up, the OLAP cube is created, and the front-end display page of each indicator is designed. The multi-dimensional visualization of hospital operation data is realized. Results and conclusion: The construction of the hospital business intelligence information system plays an important role in the effective control of the cost and the improvement of the medical service ability.
