摘　　要：目的:在互联网+医疗模式下,组织集团内医院联合建设医疗联合体信息平台,按照国家分级诊疗的要求,实现基层首诊、双向转诊、远程会诊,从而实现医疗资源的共享与数据整合。方法:建设基于互联网、移动端的医疗信息平台,实现包括集团展示、线上交流、远程会诊、双向转诊、远程教学、数据共享在内的六大功能。结果及结论:从医联体平台实施的效果分析,基于线上的资源共享和线下合作,有利于医联体内成员实现技术与资源共享;远程医疗、双向转诊实现了医联体内成员互助和医疗资源充分利用;远程教学是医联体内成员的学习平台。Objective: In the context of Internet plus medical care, the hospitals in the organization group jointly built a medical federation information platform. The platform is accordance with the requirements of the national grading treatment. It covers the functions of primary visit, two-way referral and remote consultation, so as to realize the sharing of medical resources and the integration of data. Methods: The medical information platform based on Internet and mobile terminals includes six functions, group display, online communication, remote consultation, two-way referral, remote teaching and data sharing. Results&Conclusion: Analyzing effect of the platform, online resource sharing and offline cooperation are conducive to the sharing of technology and resource sharing among the members of the Medical Union; Telemedicine and two-way referral realize mutual assistance and full use of medical resources in the Medical Union; The sub function of distance teaching is the learning platform of the members of the Medical Union.
