基于多频合路分布式基站的无线网络在医疗环境下的应用

摘　　要：目的:随着医院信息化的不断发展,基于无线网络的各类应用越来越多,无线网络建设成为医院当前信息化发展的重要支撑。为了临床移动应用提供无线网络环境,规划并设计实施了基于多频合路分布式基站的无线网络。方法:在数据中心部署集中管理平台,各病区部署多频合路分布式基站,病房内部署室内信号分布系统,基站与本楼层接入交换机互联,提供本病区统一信道设置、VLAN配置、IP地址规划、安全接入策略管理。结果:目前该无线网络系统已成功部署在宁夏医科大学总医院,承载了移动护理、移动心电、移动DR等无线数据应用,以及基于RFID的库房资产管理、科研冷链监测等物联网应用。结论:无线网络系统已正常运行三年,符合医院临床应用场景和实际需求,实现临床信息化延伸到患者床旁、服务于临床。Objective: According to the continuous development of hospital information and more and more applications based on wireless network, the construction of wireless network has become an important support for the development of information technology in the hospital. In order to provide wireless network environment for clinical mobile applications, we plan and design a wireless network based on multi frequency combined distributed base stations. Methods: The centralized management platform is deployed in the data center, the multi frequency distributed base station is deployed in each ward, the indoor signal distribution system is deployed inside the ward, the base station is connected with the switch of the floor, and the unified channel setting, VLAN configuration, IP address planning and security access strategy management are provided in the ward. Results: The wireless network system has been successfully deployed at Ningxia Medical University General Hospital, carrying wireless data applications such as mobile nursing, mobile electrocardiogram and mobile DR, as well as the application of the Internet of things such as RFID based warehouse assets management, scientific research cold chain monitoring and so on. Conclusion: The wireless network system has been running for three years. It is in line with the clinical application scene and the actual needs of the hospital. The clinical information has been extended to the patient’s bed and service to the clinic.
