摘  要:目的观察超前镇痛联合术后增加加压冷疗次数护理在全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月-2018年2月于本院进行治疗的60例TKA患者为观察对象,其中观察组(实施超前镇痛,术后增加加压冷疗次数组) 30例,对照组(未实施超前镇痛,术后常规加压冷疗次数组) 30例,利用疼痛数字评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS)、是否使用额外止痛药以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)来评价疼痛控制的效果。结果观察组护理后疼痛评分、使用额外止痛药以及入睡困难的人数均少于对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论超前镇痛联合术后增加加压冷疗次数护理能显著降低TKA患者的术后疼痛,有助于患者早期开展功能锻炼,更舒适地度过围手术期。Objective To observe the effect of preemptive analgesia combined with increasing the frequency of Cryo/Cuff system on pain nursing in patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods There are 60 cases of TKA patients in our hospital for treatment from October 2015 to February 2018,in which 30 cases observation group (preemptive analgesia,increased frequency of Cryo/Cuff system)and30 cases control group (non-preemptive analgesia,normal frequency of Cryo/Cuff system).Numerical rating scale (NRS),the use of extra painkillers and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)are used to evaluate the effect of pain control.Results The NRSscores,the numberofuse extra painkillers and the PSQI scores inobservation group were less than those in control group (P<0.05),and there were significant differences.Conclusion Preemptive analgesia combined with increasing thefrequency of Cryo/Cuff system significantly reduce postoperative pain in TKA patients,helping patients with early functional exercise and livingmore comfortable during perioperative period.
