艾灸法对预防骨科术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析观察早期使用艾灸法对骨科术后尿潴留的效果。方法将60例就诊于重庆市中医院骨科欲行手术治疗而留置尿管的患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予常规骨科护理方法,观察组在此基础上给予术前留置尿管当天即开始应用艾灸法进行干预,置管期间每日进行艾灸关元、中极穴位每日一次,比较两组患者拔除尿管后排尿情况。结果观察组尿潴留发生率为13.3%,低于对照组的43.3%;观察组尿潴留持续时间为(2.26±0.34) h,短于对照组的(4.49±0.48) h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将艾灸法应用于骨科术后尿潴留的预防中,能明显提高护理效果,减少尿潴留的发生,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of that the early application of moxibustion on urinary retention after orthopedic surgery.Methods 60 patients who were treated by orthopedic surgery in chongqing traditional chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into control group (30 cases)and observation group (30 cases).Control group given conventional orthopedic care method,the observation group based on the given preoperative started moxibustion method was applied on the day of placing a urinary catheter intervention,during the catheterization, daily in moxibustion guan yuan,polar point once per day,after the removal of urinary catheter,two groups of patients were compared.Results The incidence of urinary retention was 13.3%,compared with 43.3% in the control group.The duration of urinary retention in the observation group was (2.26±0.34)h,shorter than that in the control group (4.49±0.48)h.And differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moxibustion method in the prevention of urinary retention after orthopedic surgery can obviously improve the nursing effect,reduce the occurrence of urinary retention,and have the clinical promotion value.
