摘　　要：城市路网交通运行状态评估是制定和实施交通缓堵措施的前提和基础。本文在城市交通运行评估现状分析的基础上,面向不同服务对象的差异化需求构建了城市交通运行状态评估研究总体框架。随后,基于互联网出行数据的结构及特点,建立面向交通管理者实战需求的多维度的评估指标体系,通过时间、空间、强度三个维度全面解析城市交通运行规律特征。The operation condition evaluation of urban transportation network is the first step for the formulation and implementation of traffic management measures.Based on the analysis of current situation,a general framework of operation condition evaluation is constructed to meet differentiated needs of different service objects.Then,based on the structures and features of Internet traffic data,the multidimensional evaluation index system is established to fulfilI the practical application demands of traffic management authorities.The index system,which is composed by temporal dimension,spatial dimension and intensity dimension,can realize the comprehensive analysis of transportation operation characteristics.
