摘　　要：目的了解贵州省两个少数民族县儿童监护人的预防接种知识知晓率及影响因素。方法采用单纯随机抽样在两个少数民族县选取10个乡镇60个村648名1-6岁儿童监护人开展问卷调查,描述性分析预防接种知识知晓率,采用Logistic回归分析知晓率的影响因素。结果儿童监护人预防接种知识总知晓率为54.4%。Logistic回归分析显示,监护人预防接种知识知晓率以D民族低于M民族(OR=0.55,95%CI:0.38-0.78)、儿童父母均外出务工者低于均未外出务工者(OR=0.48,95%CI:0.31-0.75)、文化程度高者高于文盲者(OR=6.28,95%CI:3.90-10.11)。结论贵州省两个少数民族县儿童监护人预防接种知识知晓率较低,应加强薄弱监护人人群的预防接种知识宣传。Objective To determine levels of vaccination knowledge among children's guardians and factors influencing knowledge in two ethnic minority counties in Guizhou province.Methods We used simple random sampling to select 648 guardians of 1-6-year-old children from 60 villages of 10 townships in 2 ethnic minority counties for a questionnaire survey.We analyzed awareness of vaccination knowledge and used logistic regression to determine factors influencing awareness.Results The overall awareness rate of vaccination knowledge was 54.4% among guardians.Logistic regression showed that vaccination knowledge was lower among D ethnicity group than among M ethnicity group (OR =0.55,95%CI:0:38-0.78),lower in circumstances in which children's parents were out of home for work than when children's parents were not out of home "for work (OR =0.48,95%CI:0.31-0.75),and higher among highly educated guardians than among illiterate guardians (OR=6.28,95%CI:3.90-10.11).Conclusions Awareness of vaccination knowledge was low among children's guardians in two ethnic minority counties of Guizhou.Publicity'of vaccination knowledge for vulnerable groups should be strengthened.
