摘　　要：目的:《全国按疾病相关分组收付费规范》(Pricing and Payment Regulation on Chinese Diagnosis-Related Groups,C-DRG)是基于我国患者特征和临床诊疗实践制定的住院服务收付费方案。要推进C-DRG收付费改革,对现有信息系统进行改造是其中重要一环。方法:医院C-DRG信息化系统改造需要遵循国家C-DRG收付费规范体系,在此基础上,需要分别从字典层,接口层,系统层、监控层进行信息化改造。结果:通过对C-DRG医院信息系统架构的重新设计,使得信息系统改造更加高效,为C-DRG的实施奠定了基础。结论:医院信息系统改造是C-DRG实施的关键,在信息系统改造过程中,需要重新对系统架构进行设计,随后分层级、分阶段地对信息系统进行改造。Objective: "The Pricing and Payment Regulation on Chinese Diagnosis-Related Groups (C-DRG)" is an inpatient service payment plan based on the characteristics of patients and clinical practice in China. The transformation of the hospital information system is a key step in the C-DRG implementation process. Methods: The systemtransformation need abide by the C-DRG pricing and payment standard system, On this basis, information transformation needs to be carried out separately from the dictionary layer, interface layer, system layer, and monitoring layer. Results: Through the redesign of the C-DRG hospital information system architecture, the information system transformation process has become more efficient and laid the foundation for the implementation of C-DRG. Conclusion: The transformation of hospital information system is a key step in the C-DRG implementation process.In the process of information system reconstruction, the system architecture needs to be redesigned, and then the information system is reformed in stages.
