摘  要:管廊细而长,应首选预拼。但受现有规范制约,大多放弃预拼。本文针对性地提出解决方案,包括内掺型全刚自防水混凝土、上下分舱、过渡舱、轻质密封隔墙,特别是舱室接缝密封技术,也包括预制方案设想、主工序简述、用料建议等,旨在抛砖引玉,促进管廊预拼技术的发展。Pre-assembly is the first choice for utility tunnel which is long and thin.But due to the restriction of existing regulations,pre-assembly is abandoned in most cases.This article puts forwards targeted solutions,including admixing of full rigid self-waterproofing concrete,dividing into upper and lower compartments,transition compartment,light-weight sealing partition wall,especially the sealing technology for compartment joints.It also makes assumptions of pre-assembly and briefly introduces the main procedures,material selection et cetera.What mentioned in this article is only a start,aiming at receiving more opinions from all walks of life and promoting the development of pre-assembly technology.
