摘  要:二连盆地低煤阶煤层气井煤层厚度比较厚,一般需要进行分层压裂。在分层压裂过程中,分压管柱主要由砂埋管柱、砂卡管柱、封隔器无法解封、套管变形等几种原因造成管柱遇卡经常发生,如何能及时、快捷、有效的处理遇卡事故一直是井下作业工程的重要课题。在霍煤1井分压管柱解卡现场实践中,利用小修设备处理井下事故,经过多方面的井下分析论证,有针对性的制定技术措施,实现高效解卡打捞,为今后的解卡提供有效借鉴。Since the coal seam thickness of the CBM wells in Erlian Basin is thick,the separate layers fracturing is necessary for operation. During the process of separate layers fracturing,stuck occurs frequently in the string due to sand bury,sand sticking,packer deblocking failure,casing deformation,etc. How to timely,quickly and effectively handle the sticking accidents is important subject in underground operation engineering. In the stuck freeing practice for string of separate layers fracturing in the No. 1 Huomei Well,minor repair equipment is used to handle the underground accidents. Through the comprehensive analysis and demonstration,specific technical measures are developed,and effective unfreezing and fishing is realized,which could provide effective reference for future practice.
