摘  要:为了研究Fe-Mn-Si-Cr系形状记忆合金管道接头结构紧固力的影响因素及数值计算方法,为该智能管道连接件的工程应用提供参考,利用试验方法对4组Fe-Mn-Si-Cr系形状记忆合金管接头进行研究,通过高温连接试验和拉拔试验,测得各组管接头内部径向压应力;并利用经典拉梅公式,对该管接头结构内部的径向压应力进行数值模拟研究,将试验测得的径向压应力与数值计算结果进行比较。结果表明:热训练与配合间隙是影响形状记忆合金管接头结构紧固力的2个重要因素;经典拉梅公式可以近似计算该管道接头结构内部径向压应力。This paper is inclined to make an investigation of the influential factors and a numerical calculation of the structurally joining force of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr series of the shape memory alloy pipe.For the said purpose,we have first of all to try to connect the 3 groups of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr series of such pipe joints to the steel tubes at high temperatures.And,then,a drawing experiment can be done on the joint structure of such pipes to a contracted steel pipe.And,next,the said three sets of pipe joints can be managed to be connected automatically together on a drawing testing machine in accordance with the radial compressive stress of the contact surface by using an empirical formula.And,thirdly,some shape memory alloy pipes were put to be subjected to a high-temperature free recovery test,so as to check the experimental results with those of a non-free recovery test.And,in so doing,it would be possible to find the difference between the radial displacements of the two kinds of experimental pipe joints,whereas the radial compressive stress of the internal contact surface of the shape memory alloy pipe joint structure can be worked out with the classic Lamé formula.Thus,finally,a comparison can be made to check the numerical calculation results with the actual experimental data.The results of the experiment tend to reveal that the attracted force between the connected steel pipe and the shape memory alloy pipe subjected to the heat training turns out to be greater than the counterpart not subjected to such heat training,whereas the attracting force provided by the shape memory alloy pipe joint with the small fit clearance being greater than that provided by the pipe joint with the great fit clearance.The results of the above said experiment can thus provide a reference to the engineering application of the intelligent pipe fitting practice.For example,in order to achieve a sufficiently strong fastening force,it would be necessary to repeat the heat training of the shape memory alloy pipe joints for a few times,so as to gain t
