摘　　要：目的:分析置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析自2016年1月至2017年1月期间我院接收并治疗的下肢深静脉血栓的62例患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组采用患侧足背静脉溶栓治疗,观察组采用置管溶栓术治疗,对比两组治疗的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组肿胀与疼痛症状改善时间、尿激酶的总量、平均住院天数、静脉畅通率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率为9.68%和6.45%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率93.55%,高于对照组的74. 19%,(P<0.05)。结论:置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者的疗效显著,并发症在可承受范围,可推广。Objective To analyze the curative effect and safety of.catheter thrombolysis in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity received and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with thrombolysis of dorsal pedal vein on the affected side,and the observation group was treated with catheter thrombolysis.The curative effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the improvement time of swelling and pain symptoms,total amount of urokinase,average hospitalization days and the free flow rate of the vein in the observation group were all better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the two groups was 9.68% and 6.45%,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.55% and higher than that in the control group,74.19%(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of catheter thrombolysis in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities is significant,and the complications are acceptable.Catheter thrombolysis can be promoted.
