益母生化汤配合药物流产治疗稽留流产临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益母生化汤配合药物流产治疗稽留流产的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将稽留流产患者1516例分为对照组和治疗组各758例。对照组予米非司酮+米索前列醇,治疗组在对照组基础上予益母生化汤,每日1剂,每日2次,口服。2组均连续治疗1周。观察2组阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、转经时间及完全流产、不全流产、流产失败及清宫情况。结果治疗组阴道出血量及时间均少于对照组,治疗组完全流产高于对照组,不全流产、流产失败及清宫低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为100.00%(758/758),对照组为89.97%(682/758),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均有轻微乏力感,对照组恶心11例,均无剧吐。结论益母生化汤配合药物流产可明显减少稽留流产患者阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血时间,提高完全流产率,有效避免清宫,疗效满意,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yimu Shenghua Decoction combined with medical abortion in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods Totally 1516patients of missed abortion were divided into control group and treatment group through random number table method,with 758cases in each group.The control group was given mifepristone + misoprostol,and the treatment group was given mifepristone +misoprostol + Yimu Shenghua Decoction,one dosage per day,twice a day,orally.The treatment for both groups lasted for one week. The amount of vaginal bleeding,the days of vaginal bleeding,the days of conversion,complete abortion,incomplete abortion,abortion failure and curettage in both groups were observed.Results The amount and time of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group were less than those in the control group.Complete abortion in the treatment group was higher than the control group,and incomplete abortion,abortion failure and curettage were lower than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 100.00%(758/758)in the treatment group and 89.97%(682/758)in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Both groups showed a slight feeling of fatigue,and 11 patients in the control group showed nausea.Both groups showed no vomiting.Conclusion Yimu Shenghua Decoction combined with medical abortion can significantly shorten the amount and time of vaginal bleeding in patients with missed abortion,and improve the complete abortion rate to avoid curettage of uterine cavity,with satisfied efficacy and high safety.
