摘　　要：乌梅丸作为《伤寒论》厥阴病主方,主要用于厥阴病枢机不利,阴阳气不相顺接而致的寒热错杂证。临床在把握主证基础上,灵活将乌梅丸用于眼科疑难疾病,疗效甚笃。As a main prescription of Jueyin diseases in Shang Han Lun,Wumei Pill are mainly used for the syndrome of cold and heat dislocation caused by the adverse cardinal mechanism and the incompatibility of yin qi and yang qi.In clinical practice,on the basis of grasping the main syndromes,Wumei Pills are applied flexibly to ophthalmic difficult diseases with remarkable curative effect.
