摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变(gastric precancerous lesions,PLGC)属中医学"胃痞"范畴。王道坤教授通过多年临床实践,结合现代医学诊疗技术,认为脾胃元气亏虚是PLGC发病的内因,瘀毒是PLGC的重要致病因素和病理产物,并据此创制化瘀消痞汤治疗PLGC,以温补脾胃元气治其本,化瘀解毒治其标。本文对其应用该方治疗PLGC经验进行总结。Gastric precancerous lesions (PLGC)of chronic atrophic gastritis belongs to "stomach stuffiness"in TCM field.Professor WANG Daokun combines years of clinical practice with modern technology in diagnosis and treatment,and believes that the deficiency of spleen-stomach vigour is the internal cause of PLGC,and stasis-toxicity is the main pathogenic factor and product of PLGC.Professor WANG has developed Huayu Xiaopi Decoction to treat PLGC,which invigorates spleen and stomach as the foundation and eliminates stasis and toxicity as the goal.This article summarized the experiences of Professor WANG Daokun in applying Huayu Xiaopi Decoction to treating PLGC.
