摘　　要：中医药在预防糖尿病前期、调节血糖及延缓糖尿病并发症等方面作用确切,但尚缺乏客观化、定量化的中医评价指标。随着图像处理、人工智能等技术应用于糖尿病舌诊客观量化研究中,舌象特征与糖脂代谢指标相关性、糖尿病中医证候、糖尿病及其并发症的风险预警等方面研究取得了一定进展。本文对近年来糖尿病舌象特征研究进行概述并提出展望,为相关研究及临床诊断提供参考。TCM plays an important role in preventing pre-diabetes,regulating blood sugar and delaying complications of diabetes.However,there is still no objective and quantitative evaluation index of TCM.With the application of image processing,artificial intelligence and other technologies in the objective quantitative research of diabetic tongue diagnosis,the research on the relationship between tongue image and glucose and lipid metabolism index,diabetes TCM syndrome,risk warning of diabetes and its complications has made some progress.This article reviewed the research on the characteristics of diabetic tongue in recent years and proposed prospect,which provided references for related research and clinical diagnosis.
