优质护理在COPD患者综合康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理措施对COPD患者综合康复的影响,为护理工作提供参考与指导。方法采用便利抽样法选取2016年11月-2017年11月山东省胸科医院呼吸科收治的33例COPD患者为研究对象,对患者实施优质护理,对护理措施和护理过程中的经验进行归纳总结。结果经过优质护理后,患者平均住院(14.73±1.44)d,患者肺功能指标改善,总体生活质量提高。结论优质护理措施能够改善患者的肺功能和生活质量,促进疾病康复,适合在护理工作中推广使用。Objective To explore the high-quality nursing on combined rehabilitation among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)so as to provide a reference and guidance for nursing service in the future.Methods From November 2016 to November 2017,we selected 33 COPD patients of Respiratory Department in Shandong Chest Hospital by convenience sampling as subjects.We carried out high-quality nursing for patients and summarized the experiences of nursing intervention and nursing process. Results By high-quality nursing,patients were in hospital for (14.73±1.44)days ;the lung function and quality of life of patients all improved.Conclusions High-quality nursing can improve lung function and quality of life of patients,promote recovery from disease which is suitable for popularization and application in nursing service.
