摘  要:为了研究再生料、碎石再生料及碎石在水泥稳定类基层中的应用,对水泥稳定骨料级配范围进行了悬浮密实型和骨架密实型对比试验,同时结合重型击实试验,及水泥稳定材料的对比试验,得到了悬浮密实型级配7 d无侧限抗压强度及劈裂强度均优于骨架密实型级配;再生料、碎石再生料、碎石均随着水泥剂量的增加,最大干密度和最佳含水量增大,而相同剂量的水泥,再生料最佳含水量最大,碎石最佳含水量最小,再生料最大干密度最小,碎石最大干密度最大;水泥稳定再生料(5 %、7 %、9 %)无论从抗压强度要求、劈裂强度要求还是冻融残留强度比均满足规范要求,综合考虑经济性、稳定性等因素,建议水泥稳定再生料采用7 %水泥剂量为宜。In order to study the application of recycled materials,crushed stone recycled materials and crushed stone in the cement stabilized base layer,a comparative experiment of suspended compaction and skeleton compaction was carried out for the cement stabilized aggregate grading range.At the same time,combined with heavy-duty compaction test and comparative test of cement stabilized materials,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of the suspension compact type grading are better than the skeleton compact type grading.Recycled materials crushed stone recycled materials and crushed stones all increase with the increase of cement dosage,and the maximum dry density and optimum water content increase.For the same dose of cement,the optimum water content of the recycled material is the largest,the optimum water of the crushed stone is the smallest,the maximum dry density of the recycled material is the smallest,and the maximum dry density of the crushed stone is the largest.Cement stabilized recycled materials(5 %,7 %,9 %) meet the requirements of specification,such as compressive strength,splitting strength and freeze-thaw residual strength ratios.Considering economic and stability factors,it is recommended to use 7 % cement dosage for cement stabilized recycled material.
