摘 要:研究发现,钢渣对一些煅烧石膏具有一定的缓凝作用。当钢渣掺入量为3 %时,初凝时间达到150 min,而对照组的磨细石英砂对石膏的凝结时间几乎没有影响。利用SEM观察石膏硬化体的微观结构,在相同的养护条件下含有钢渣-石膏体系中二水石膏晶体变短,与空白对照样相比数量也有所减少,造成石膏体系凝结时间延长和一定的强度损失。It was found that steel slag has retarding effect on some calcined gypsum.When the addition of steel slag was 3 %,the initial setting time reached 150 min.However,the ground fine quartz sand in the control group had no influence on the setting time of gypsum.The microstructure of hardened gypsum plaster was observed by SEM.The crystal of dihydrate gypsum in steel slag-gypsum system became shorter and the quantity significantly decreased which led to prolonged setting time and a certain loss of mechanical strength of gypsum.
