摘 要:粉煤灰多孔砖由于其轻质、节能、环保等优点得到广泛应用。将相变材料添加到墙体中可有效提高墙体的热工性能,为了获得相变粉煤灰多孔砖墙体的热工性能,利用数值模拟分别比较了相变材料多孔砖与粉煤灰多孔砖墙体、不同填充位置和层数的相变多孔砖墙体的传热性能,研究发现相变粉煤灰多孔砖墙体相比于普通粉煤灰多孔砖墙体具有更好的热工性能,表现为相变材料的填充层数越多,墙体的蓄热性能越好,对室温变化的延迟衰减效果越好。最优的相变材料填充位置为墙体的内墙侧孔洞。Porous fly ash bricks are widely used because of their light weight,energy saving and environmental protection.The phase change materials are added to the wall can effectively improve the thermal performance of walls.In order to obtain phase change thermal performance of fly ash porous brick wall,the phase change materials are compared respectively using numerical simulation of porous brick with fly ash porous brick wall,different filling phase change of the position and the layer number of porous brick wall of the heat transfer performance.It is found that phase change of fly ash porous brick wall compared to the ordinary fly ash brick wall has better thermal performance,which shows as the more filling layers,the better the performance of the wall of the heat storage is,and Delay Effect on the attenuation of room temperature change is.The optimal filling position of the phase change material is the inner wall side hole of the wall.
