2011年-2016年鲍曼不动杆菌分离情况及耐药变迁

摘　　要：目的回顾分析本院临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌数据,了解本院鲍曼不动杆菌细菌耐药变化情况。方法收集本院2011年-2016年临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌菌株数据,采用软件WHONET 5. 6和SPSS 17. 0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2011年-2016年分离出鲍曼不动杆菌株数分别为318株、470株、477株、427株、428株、502株,占比最高的科室为ICU。分离标本以呼吸道标本占绝对优势,占90%。2011年鲍曼不动杆菌各种抗菌药物的耐药率均较高(60%～75%),2016年各种药物的耐药率均低于2011年耐药率(27%～48%)。结论 2011年-2016年本院鲍曼不动杆菌的分离株在不断上升,内科分离率在逐渐下降,外科、急诊、小儿科室处于上升趋势;对各类药物耐药率都显著下降。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated in our hospital,and to understand the changes of bacterial drug resistance of it.Methods The data of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates were collected from 2011 to 2016 and analyzed by software WHONET 5.6 and SPSS 17.0.Results The number of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from 2011 to 2016 was respectively 318,470,477,427,428 and 502,with the highest proportion of ICU.Respiratory tract specimen was the dominant sample,accounting for 90%.In 2011,the drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was high (60%-75%).The resistance rate of each drug in 2016 was lower than that in 2011 (27%-48%).Conclusion The isolation rate of Acinetobacter baumannii continues to decrease in our hospital during 2011-2016,that of Internal Medicine decreased gradually,and that of Surgery,Emergency Department and Pediatric Department showed an increasing trend.The drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to all drugs decreased significantly.
