摘　　要：目的评估采用免疫层析法(immunochromatography test,ICT)的淋病奈瑟菌抗原检测试剂盒,检测男性尿道分泌物、女性宫颈分泌物中淋球菌(Neisseria gonorrhoeae,NG)的临床应用。方法选取近2年本院门诊收集总计159例怀疑为淋病感染者的生殖道分泌物标本,进行淋球菌快速免疫层析检测,同时进行PCR检测,结果不符的以培养法为金标准。结果 159例生殖道分泌物分析,ICT法的阳性率为94. 12%,灵敏度为88. 24%,特异度为99. 11%。结论淋球菌ICT具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,且具有快速检测的特点,可为临床医生诊断淋病提供一个快速、准确、更具参考和诊断价值的检测结果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Neisseria gonorrhoeae antigen detection kit (immunochromatography test)in detecting Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)in male's urethral secretions and female's cervical secretions.Methods Totally, 159 specimens of genital tract secretions from suspected gonorrhoea patients were collected for rapid ICT detection of gonococcus from outpatients in our hospital in the recent two years.PCR detection was performed simultaneously.The inconsistent results were verified,with the culture method as gold standard.Results The positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of ICT method were 94.12%,88.24% and 99.11% in the detection of 159 cases of secretions.Conclusion Neisseria gonorrhoeae ICT has the advantages of high sensitivity,high specificity and rapid detection,which can provide rapid and accurate results for clinician in the diagnosis of gonorrhea.
