摘　　要：土地适度规模经营重新建构了乡村的社会关系网络、农民特性、权威结构等治理生态,将现代性进一步渗透到乡村社会的细胞里,同时也使乡村治理问题进一步显露。乡村治理的关键在于农民的组织化水平,组织化的农民是土地适度规模经营背景下创新乡村治理的社会基础,因此笔者在土地与治理相关性的基础上,分析土地适度规模经营对乡村治理生态的影响,并试图在创新治理生态中寻求农民组织化的可能性,以此来探究乡村治理创新与转型问题。The appropriate scale of land management has reconstructed the social relation networks of the countryside,the characteristics of farmers,the authority structure and so on.It has further penetrated the modernity in the cell of the rural society,and further revealed the problems of rural governance.The key of rural governance lies in the level of farmer organization.The organized farmers are the social foundation for the innovation of rural governance under the background of the appropriate scale of land management.Therefore,on the basis of the correlation between land and governance,this paper analyzes the influence of appropriate scale of land management on rural governance ecology,and try to seek the possibility of organizing farmers in the new governance ecology,so as to explore the cornerstone of the innovation and transformation of rural governance.
