高温气体渗流热解印刷线路板传热特性的实验研究

摘  要:本文自行设计固定床热解实验装置,对3种不同尺寸废弃印刷线路板颗粒料层热解过程中温度分布进行了对比实验,重点研究废弃印刷线路板在固定床中高温热气体渗流作用下热解过程的传热特性。研究结果表明:大尺寸颗粒料层的热解区域纵向迁移速度要快于小尺寸颗粒料层,当颗粒尺寸为1.5 cm、2.5 cm、3.5 cm时,热解区域的纵向迁移速度分别为0.47 m·h^(-1)、0.50 m·h^(-1)和0.63 m·h^(-1);高温热气体渗流能够使整个料层充分热解,同一水平面中部物料颗粒都均匀地处于同一热解状态,而靠近炉膛壁面处物料的升温和热解速度要低于中部的物料。A fixed bed pyrolysis experiment device was established and investigated experimentally under high temperature nitrogen flow.The temperature distribution of waste PCB particles layer was measured,and the heat transfer characteristics was investigated.The experimental results indicate that the size of the PCB particle has an obvious effect on the pyrolysis reaction time and the migration rate of pyrolysis.The larger the particle size is,the shorter the pyrolysis reaction time is and the faster the migration rate is.When the square particle sizes are 1.5cm,2.5cm and 3.5cm wide,the average migration rates of pyrolysis reaction zone along the vertical direction are 0.47m/h,0.50m/h and 0.63m/h,respectively.High temperature gas can make the whole material layer fully pyrolyzed.The particles in the middle part of the same level are uniformly in the same pyrolysis state,while the temperature and pyrolysis speed of materials near the furnace wall are lower than those of the central part.
