米非司酮分别配伍卡孕栓和米索前列醇片阴道给药用于大月份钳刮术前准备的临床效果

摘　　要：目的比较米非司酮分别配伍卡孕栓和米索前列醇片阴道给药用于大月份(孕10~14周)钳刮术前准备的临床效果。方法选取长治市妇幼保健院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的90例孕10~14周要求终止妊娠的孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。两组均给予米非司酮(25mg/片)口服,早晚各1片,连用3d;对照组给予卡孕栓,观察组给予米索前列醇,比较两组宫颈扩张程度、宫颈软化时间、阴道出血量、给药次数、治疗费用及不良反应发生率。结果两组孕妇宫颈扩张程度、宫颈软化时间及阴道流血量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组给药次数、用药费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合米非司酮用于大月份钳刮术前准备中能够获得良好的疗效,宫颈软化效果较好,且未增加不良反应发生率。Objective To compare the clinical effects of mifepristone combined with card progesterone plugs and misoprostol tablets on vaginal preparation before forcep curettage in large months (10-14 weeks gestation).Methods A total of 90 cases of pregnant women treated in Changzhi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 who were 10 to 14 weeks pregnant and required termination of pregnancy were selected.All the women were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given mifepristone (25mg/tablet)orally,one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening,for three consecutive days.Patients in control group were given card progesterone plugs,while patients in observation group were given misoprostol.The ervical dilation,cervix softening time,vaginal bleeding amount,delivery times,drug cost and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in cervical dilatation,cervical softening time or vaginal bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with control group,observation group had fewer requirement of administration and lower cost of administration,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Misoprostol combined with mifepristone can achieve good curative effect in the preoperative preparation of forceps scraping in large months.
