原发性感染性心内膜炎二尖瓣关闭不全采取瓣膜成形术治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨采取瓣膜成形术治疗原发性感染性心内膜炎二尖瓣关闭不全的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2016年9月在郑州市第七人民医院接诊的原发性感染性心内膜炎二尖瓣关闭不全患者48例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用瓣膜成形术治疗,对照组采用二尖瓣置换术治疗,比较两组术后治疗效果、心功能指标以及ICU重症监护室住院时间。结果两组患者术后心功能指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组ICU住院时间[(1.37±0.56)d]短于对照组[(2.64±0.83)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用瓣膜成形术治疗原发性感染性心内膜炎二尖瓣关闭不全患者具有一定优势,可有效缩短患者在ICU重症室住院时间,利于术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of valvuloplasty on patients with primary infective endocarditis with mitral regurgitation.MethodsForty-eight patients with primary infective endocarditis with mitral insufficiency who were admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from July 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects, and all the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method. The observation group was treated with valvuloplasty, and the control group was treated with mitral valve replacement. The treatment effect, the cardiac function index and the time of hospitalization in the ICU intensive care unit between the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups (P>0.05), and the time of hospitalization of ICU in the observation group[(1.37±0.56) d] was significantly better than that in the control group[(2.64±0.83) d], the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionsValvuloplasty has certain advantages for patients with primary infective endocarditis with mitral insufficiency , which can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay in ICU intensive care unit, and is conducive to postoperative recovery. So it is worthy of clinical application.
