摘　　要：文章探讨广西百色干部学院设计中的地方性建构。从传承规范与寻求创新角度出发.梳理分析广西百色地区基于独特的自然地理气候环境,以及千百年来各民族对自己的民族文化与生活方式的传承所形成的独特地方性;从建筑环境、形式、意象及材料的选择使用入手,分析该学院如何在设计中既吸收了地方传统规范,又突破原有的技术与方法,从而尝试以现代建造重新诠释地方性建构。The article discusses the establishment of locality in the design of Guangxi Baise Executive Leadership Academy. through the analysis of inheritance of norms and exploration of innovation. Baise of Guangxi, is an area with unique physical geography and climatic environment. For thousands of years, local ethnic groups have maintained their own cultural and lifestyles, which formed a distinctive local identity. By looking into the built environment, form,image and material selection, the article analyzes the design of the academy, which not only absorbs the local traditional norms, but also breaks through the original techniques and methods, in an attempt to reinterpret the local establishment by means of modem construction.
