摘  要:为建立测定化妆品中双酚A的液相色谱-质谱法,将样品经甲醇-氨水混合溶液提取,以Waters BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×5 cm×1.7μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相A相,以含5 mmol/L醋酸铵的水溶液为流动相B相,梯度洗脱,柱温40℃,流速0.25 mL/min,以多反应离子监测模式进行监测,内标法定量。结果表明,双酚A在0.2~50 ng/mL质量浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r> 0.995,检出限为0.005μg/g,平均回收率为85.5%~104.7%,精密度为0.9%~2.0%。该方法快速简便,适用于化妆品中双酚A类物质及其衍生物的快速筛查。To establish a LC-MS/MS method for determination ofbisphenol A in cosmetics combined with internal standard quantification,the samples were extracted with a mixture solution of methanol-0.1%(mass ratio)ammonia water,a Waters reversed phase column BEH C18(2.1mm×5cm×1.7μm) was used with methanol-5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase under the condition of gradient elution,the column temperature was 40℃,flow rate was 0.25mL/min,the multi-ion monitoring mode was performed,internal standard quantification was conducted.The results showed that it had a good linearity in the range of 0.2-50ng/mL(r >0.995).The spiked recoveries were 85.5% to 104.7% with the relative standard deviation of 0.9% to 2.0%.The limit of detection was 0.005μg/g.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the rapid screening of bisphenol A and relative derivatives in cosmetics.
