摘  要:桥梁转体施工是近年来发展起来的一种新型架桥技术,是在跨越障碍物时,先在有工作面的场地采用现浇法完成梁体浇筑,再利用转体设备将梁体旋转到设计位置,最后通过合龙段施工完成全桥体系转换。依托郑州航空港经济综合实验区市政道路及水系穿越郑万高铁和机南城际铁路工程,结合该桥上跨高铁且不均衡配重、安全风险大、工期紧、质量要求严等一系列实际问题,详细阐述了一种困难条件下异形T构转体施工方法和安全质量保证措施,确保转体施工安全、质量、进度始终处于受控范围,为以后的类似桥梁建设提供参考。Bridge rotating construction is a new type of bridge erecting technology developed in recent years.When crossing obstacles,it firstly uses prefabricated east-in-situ method to complete the beam formation in the working f.aee site,then uses the equipment to rotate the beam to the design position,and finally completes the whole bridge system transformation through closure section construction.Relying on the municipal road and water system of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone crossing Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway and Zhengzhou Airport South Intercity Railway Project,combining with some practical problems such as unbalanced weighting,high safety risk,tight construction period and strict quality requirements of the high-speed railway across the bridge,this paper expounded in detail the construction method and safety quality assurance measures of unbalanced T structure under difficult conditions,so as to ensure the safety,quality and progress of turning construction in the controlled range,which could provide a reference for similar bridge construction in the future.
