摘  要:为了研究电气石对活性污泥驯化厌氧氨氧化菌的影响,设置2个ASBR反应器,其中R2投加电气石与R1反应器形成对照,将曝气池的好氧活性污泥和河流厌氧底泥按体积1:1混合,均匀倒入2个反应器中进行驯化培养。经过100多天,2个反应器均出现红褐色活性污泥,经过126天培养R2反应器总氮去除负荷最高274.61mg/(L?d),未添加电气石的R1反应器总氮去除负荷最高225.27mg/(L?d)。R2反应器能够更好的应对总无机氮负荷骤增的情况。In order to study the effect of tourmaline on activated sludge anaerobic acclimating ammonia-oxidizing bacteria,two sequential-batch reactors were set up.Tourmaline was added into R2.The aerobic activated sludge in the aeration tank and river anaerobic sludge were mixed by the volume ratio of 1:1 and poured into the two reactors for domestication.After 15 days of acclimation,the peak of nitrite nitrogen effluent occurred in the R2 reactor and was earlier 5 days than the R1 reactor,and then two reactors began to show anaerobic ammonia oxidation.After more than 100 days,red-brown activated sludge appeared in both reactors.The total nitrogen removal load of the R2 reactor was 274.61mg/(L·d)after 126 days of cultivation.The total nitrogen removal load of the R1 reactor without tourmaline was 225.27mg/(L·d).The R2 reactor was better able to cope with the sudden increase in total inorganic nitrogen load.
