摘  要:弹射筒作为火箭弹射座椅的一级动力,其作用是为人-椅系统弹射出舱提供一定初速。原三级弹射取消一段中筒后变为两级弹射筒,其弹射行程变短、出舱初速降低、出舱时间缩短,这些对座椅的弹射出舱性能以及弹射性能产生一定影响。本文对三级弹射筒和两级弹射筒从出舱受载、出舱姿态、总压信号采集、救生性能等方面特点进行了对比分析。通过试验数据和仿真结果的综合分析,认为采用两级弹射筒,座椅在出舱受载、出舱姿态等方面较三级弹射筒座椅得到了一定改善。As the first-stage ejection power of the rocket ejection-seat,the ejection gun provides a certain initial speed for the man-seat system to be escaped from the cockpit.The two-stage ejection gun that cancelled the medium ejection gun has been used to replace the three-stage ejection.It shortens the stroke of the ejection gun, decelerates the initial speed,and shortens seat tipping-off time,which has effected on the seat tipping-off process and safe escape performance.This paper contrastive analyzes the three-stage and two-stage ejection guns on the characteristics of load,attitude,total pressure data collection and seat safe escape performance during tipping-off. Comprehensive analyzing the test data and simulation results,we found that the two-stage ejection gun is better on the load,attitude tipping-off compared to the three-stage ejection.
