全断面岩石掘进机变厚度刀盘面板理论及应用

摘　　要：针对全断面岩石掘进机施工过程中,刀盘变形量大且变形不均匀的问题,论文提出了变厚度刀盘概念,并建立了变厚度刀盘微单元体受力平衡微分方程;根据背后换刀刀盘的结构特点和弹性力学理论,推导并建立了变厚度、背后换刀刀盘面板弯曲模型;通过用变形量极差衡量变形量不均匀度,结合应用研究发现,半径为5m的刀盘,当其为0.15m的等厚度刀盘时,其变形不均匀度是0.0425m;当其是基本厚度为0.15m、中心厚度为0.242m的变厚度刀盘时,其变形不均匀度是0.023m,对比研究发现,刀盘半径为5m的变厚度刀盘较等厚度刀盘最大变形不均匀度降低了45.88%.论文研究方法和研究结论为全断面岩石掘进机刀盘理论的深入研究和发展提供了有益借鉴.In view of the large deformation and uneven deformation of the cutter head during the construction of the full face rock tunnel boring machine,the concept of variable thickness cutter head was proposed,and the variable micro unit force balance differential equation of the variable thickness cutter head was established.According to the structural characteristics and elastic mechanics theory,the cutter head's bending model of the variable thickness and tool changing from the rear was deduced and established.The uneven deformation degree was measured with the extreme difference in deformation,and the study combined with application found that for a cutter head with a radius of 5m,its uneven deformation degree is 0.0425m when it is an equal thickness cutter head for 0.15m;its uneven deformation degree is 0.023m when it is a variable thickness cutter head with 0.15m basic thickness and 0.242m center thickness.It is found that the maximum deformation unevenness of the variable thickness cutter head with a radius of 5m is 45.88%lower than that of the equal thickness cutter head.The research methods and results of the paper provide a useful reference for the in-depth study and development of the cutter head theory of the full face rock tunnel boring machine.
