朔黄铁路废旧物资的管理改革

摘　　要：朔黄铁路西起山西省神池南站,终到河北省黄骅港口站,全长592.0 km,是我国西煤东运的第二条主干线。通过对朔黄铁路公司近三年废旧物资处理的改革研究,提出了提高重视、落实责任,协调工作等一些适合本单位废旧物资管理的具体措施,科学指导了公司对废旧物资的处理过程。The Shuo Huang Railway runs from the Shenchi South Station in Shanxi Province to the Huanghua Port Station in Hebei Province, with a total length of 592.0 km. It is the second line of the west east coal transportation in China. Through the study of the reform of the disposal of waste materials for the last three years of Shuo Huang railway company, some specific measures suitable for the management of waste materials in this unit are put forward, such as improving attention, implementing responsibility, coordinating work and so on. It helps to guide the process of dealing with waste materials by the company scientifically.
