摘 要:目的探讨抑癌基因P16(P16INK4A)、转移抑制基因(KISS-1)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月温州医科大学附属第二医院保存的宫颈鳞癌组织102例,同时选取正常宫颈组织60例作为对照,采用免疫组化染色检测P16INK4A、KISS-1的表达。结果宫颈鳞癌组织P16INK4A阳性表达率为91.18%,明显高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=128.440,P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组织KISS-1阳性表达率为26.47%,明显低于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=58.079,P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组织分化程度为中低分化的患者P16INK4A阳性表达率为100.00%,明显高于高分化患者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.123,P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅰ期、无淋巴结转移的患者KISS-1阳性表达率分别为40.91%、45.00%,明显高于TNM分期Ⅱ期、有淋巴结转移患者(χ2值分别为20.029、25.704,均P<0.05);P16INK4A与KISS-1表达呈显著性负相关(rs=-0.52,P<0.05)。结论 P16INK4A和KISS-1可能参与了宫颈癌的发生发展,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P16^INK4A and KISS-1 in cervical cancer.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues of 102 cases were selected,and 60 normal cervical tissues were selected as control.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of P16^INK4A and.KISS-1.Results The positive expression rate of P16^INK4A in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 91.18%,which was significantiy higher than that in normal cervical tissue (x^2=128.440,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of KISS-1in cervical squamous ceil carcinoma was 26.47%,which was significantly Iower than that in normal cervical tissue (x^2=58.079,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of P16^INK4A in moderately and poorly differentiated patients was 100.00%,and it was significantly higher than that in patients with high differentiation (x^2=15.123,P<0.05).The positive rates of KISS-1 in patients with TNM stage I and without lymph node metastasis were 40.91% and 45.00%,respectiveIy,which were significantly higher than those in cases with stage II and lymph node metastasis (x^2 value was 20.029 and 25.704,respectively,both P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between expressions of P16^INK4A and KISS-1(rs=-0.52,P<0.05).Conclusion P16^INK4A and KISS-1 may play an important role in the development of cervical cancer,and it is worth further study.
