激素补充治疗对绝经早期妇女性器官的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨激素补充治疗(HRT)对绝经早期女性性器官结构及功能的临床影响。方法选取2016年1至12月在衢州市妇幼保健院就诊的停经1～2年女性受试者200例,随机分为实验组和对照组各100例,实验组受试者接受HRT,而对照组不接受HRT治疗,比较两组治疗前和治疗1年后生殖器官及性功能状况。结果治疗1年后实验组子宫体积和子宫内膜厚度无明显变化(P>0.05),而对照组较治疗前减少(t值分别为5.80、4.61,均P<0.05);实验组乳腺腺体体层厚度和乳腺导管直径均较治疗前增加(t值分别为4.11、5.77,均P<0.05),对照组乳腺导管直径较治疗前增加(t=5.00,P<0.05),而乳腺腺体体层厚度无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组治疗后乳腺腺体体层厚度大于对照组(t=3.10,P<0.05),而乳腺导管直径与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗1年后,实验组性要求、性高潮、阴道湿润、性满意度和总体效果评分均高于治疗前(t值分别为7.96、6.63、6.01、4.78、5.83,均P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后无明显差异(均P>0.05);实验组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为4.96、8.93、6.98、4.84、5.77,均P<0.05)。结论对于绝经早期的女性患者来说,及时采取激素补充治疗能够显著地改善患者的性器官状况,提升患者的性功能,取得了良好的临床效果,值得在临床上进一步进行研究。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy(HRT)on structure and function of sexual organs in early menopausal women.Methods From January to December 2016,200 menopausal women who were treated in Quzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each.The experimental group received HRT,while the control group did not receive HRT.The reproductive organs and sexual functions between two groups before and one year after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant change in uterine volume and endometrial thickness in the experimental group after one year treatment(P >0.05),while they decreased in the control group(t value was 5.80 and 4.61,respectively,both P<0.05).After one year treatment,mammary gland layer thickness and mammary duct diameter in the experimental group increased compared with those before treatment(t value was 4.11 and 5.77,respectively,both P<0.05).In the control group,mammary duct diameter increased(t=5.00,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in mammary gland layer thickness(P >0.05).After treatment,mammary gland layer thickness in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group(t=3.10,P <0.05),but the difference in mammary duct diameter was not significant between two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the scores of sexual requirement,orgasm,vaginal wetness,sexual satisfaction and overall effect in the experimental group were higher than those before treatment(t value was 7.96,6.63,6.01,4.78 and 5.83,respectively,all P<0.05),while there was no significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(all P >0.05).After treatment,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t value was4.96,8.93,6.98,4.84 and 5.77,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion For early menopausal female patients,timely HRT can significantly improve their sexual organs,improve their sexual function,and achieve good clinical results.It is
