摘　　要：以化工企业"退城入园"为主线,梳理总结了国内化工园区发展存在的问题以及化工企业搬迁改造工作中存在的难点,系统分析了相关省市实施"退城入园"的经验和教训,提出了推进化工企业"退城入园"的总体思路、实施路径和政策建议。Focusing on relocation of chemical plants to industrial parks from urban areas,this paper summarizes existing problems in the development of domestic chemical industrial parks and difficulties in relocation and transformation of chemical plants, analyzes experiences and lessons in the relocation process systematically,and put forward implementation path and recommendations for promoting relevant work.
