摘  要:兰州石化公司12.8万t/a乙烯装置废碱液处理装置于2013年12月建成投用,在国内首次采用内循环全生物氧化技术(IRBAF)处理废碱液,主要包括稀释中和、生物处理、反冲洗、p H值调节、尾气净化等单元。主要介绍了内循环全生物氧化(IRBAF)技术的特点及其在乙烯装置废碱液处理中的应用,总结了兰州石化公司新建12.8万t/a乙烯装置废碱液处理装置近3年的运行情况,分析了内循环生物氧化反应后废水p H值偏低的原因,并提出了预防BAF池附属管线频繁发生酸腐蚀泄漏的措施。The newly-built spent alkaline treatment plant with a capacity of 128,000 tons/a of the ethylene plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was completed and put into use in December 2013.The internal-circulation biological aerated filter (IRBAF)technology was adopted for the first time in China for spent alkaline treatment.This technology mainly includes the units of dilution and neutralization,biological treatment,reverse-washing,pH value adjustment,and tail gas purification.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and application of internal-circulation biological aerated filter technology for spent alkaline treatment,and summarizes the operational status of the newly-built spent alkaline treatment plant with a capacity of 128,000tons/ a of the ethylene plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company in the past three years.In addition,the paper also analyzes the reasons for lower pH value of waste water after IRBAF treatment and presents corresponding measures to prevent the frequent acid corrosion leakage of additional pipeline of BAF tank.
