摘  要:通过添加憎水剂、丙烯酸乳胶粉以及偏高岭土来降低抗裂砂浆的透水性,提高其抗渗压力,研究了三者用量对抗裂防水砂浆性能的影响,并确定了砂浆的最佳原料配比。当憎水剂、丙烯酸乳胶粉和偏高岭土的用量分别为1.0‰、3.5%和3.0%时,配制得到的抗裂防水砂浆抗渗压力大于1.0 MPa,透水性小于2.5 mL,压折比小于3.0。抗裂防水砂浆与无机保温材料组合使用可构成防水保温系统,可兼顾防水和抗裂功能。By adding water repellent, acrylic emulsion powder and metakaolin, the permeability of anti-cracking mortar is reduced and its permeability pressure is improved. The influences of water repellent, acrylic emulsion powder and metakaolin on properties of anti-cracking waterproofing mortar are studied and the optimum raw material ratio is determined. When the dosage of water repellent, acrylic emulsion powder and metakaolin is 1.0‰, 3.5% and 3.0% respectively, the anti-seepage pressure of anti-cracking waterproofing mortar obtained is greater than 1.0 MPa, the permeability is less than 2.5 mL, and the compression ratio is less than 3.0. Moreover, the combination of anti-cracking waterproofing mortar and inorganic thermal insulation material can be used as waterproofing and thermal insulation system.
