摘　　要：采用丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯等单体合成了乳液,并测试和分析了乳液的性能,再通过特殊工艺制备了丙烯酸防水涂料,研究了不同填料和助剂对防水涂料性能的影响,通过氙灯老化、耐高低温及耐水性分析,测试了防水涂料的耐久性能,最后通过金属屋面维修案例对其施工性能及耐水性进行了评价。The emulsion is synthesized by monomers like acrylic acid,methyl acrylate and butyl acrylate and its properties tests and analyses are studied as well.In addition,acrylic waterproofing coating is prepared by special technology and influences of various fillers and additives on properties of the coating are studied.The durability of the coating is tested by means of xenon lamp aging,high and low temperature resistance and water resistance analysis.Finally,its application and water resistance are evaluated through a case study of metal roof maintenance.
