社交网络范式下的隐性知识国外研究进展述评

摘　　要：作为一种新型的研究范式,社交网络视角下的隐性知识研究是知识管理领域的重要关注焦点。通过系统梳理国外相关研究文献,研究发现社交网络视角下的隐性知识研究主要集中在隐性知识传播、隐性知识共享、知识创造与隐性知识获取等,但仍然处于发展探索阶段,未来应当深化与扩展隐性知识研究议题、注重多种研究方法的综合利用与开展本土化研究及纵向研究设计等。As a new research paradigm,tacit knowledge research from the perspective of social networks is an important focus in the field of knowledge management. Through systematic review of relevant research literatures abroad,it is found that tacit knowledge research from the perspective of social networks mainly focuses on tacit knowledge dissemination,tacit knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and tacit knowledge acquisition, but they are still in the stage of development and exploration. In the future,we should deepen and expand the research topics of tacit knowledge,pay attention to the comprehensive utilization of various research methods,and carry out localization research and longitudinal study design.
