摘 要:分析区域耕地质量提升潜力及改造方向是耕地提质改造及耕地质量建设工作的基础,因此,合理的耕地质量提升潜力测算方法研究有一定现实意义。本文以农用地分等成果为基础,从分析耕地质量提升限制因素的角度出发,以改善耕地质量限制因素、补耕地质量"短板",从而达到提升耕地质量为理论依据,构建了耕地质量提升理论潜力测算方法;并依据耕地质量主导限制因素类型,将待提升质量耕地划分为水条件提升型、土壤条件提升型及地形地貌条件提升型,依据各种耕地质量提升类型的特点,考虑耕地所处区域水文条件、土壤资源条件、地质地貌条件、农民的耕作习惯及经济可行性等因素,提出耕地等别现实提升潜力的测算思路。实证研究结果表明:鲅鱼圈区理论上可提升0.5等和1等的耕地面积分别62.17 hm^2和5.56 hm^2,对应的现实潜力分别为51.20 hm^2和3.83 hm^2。The enhancement potential and transformation direction of cultivated land quality are the basis of its enhancement, transformation and construction. Therefore, a reasonable research on the calculating method for the enhancement potential of cultivated land quality has certain practical significance. Based on the results of agricultural land gradation, we analyzed the limiting factors of cultivated land quality enhancement and constructed the calculate method for the theoretical enhancement potential of cultivated land quality, which would provide theoretical basis for improving limiting factors and weakness of cultivated land quality enhancement. According to the type of restriction factors of arable land quality, the cultivated land quality, which would be upgraded, was divided into water-enhanced conditions, soil condition-raising conditions, and terrain-enhancing conditions. Taking into account the regional hydrology conditions, soil resources conditions, geological and geomorphological conditions, farmers' farming habits and economic feasibility and other factors, we put forward the idea of calculating the enhancement potential of cultivated land quality based on the characteristics of various types of cultivated land quality enhancement. The empirical research results showed that in the study areas the cultivated area of theoretical enhancement potential for 0.5 and 1 grade was 62.17 hm^2 and 5.56 hm^2 , and that of practical enhancement potential for 0.5 and 1 grade was 51.20 hm^2 and 3.83 hm^2 .
