摘 要:采用水培试验的方法研究了不同食葵新品种对盐胁迫的响应及其耐盐阈值,结果表明:不同品种食葵的株高、叶片数及根重均随NaCl浓度的升高而降低,而叶绿素含量在NaCl浓度为0~0.6%时稳定在一定水平上,NaCl浓度达到0.9%(LJ336)或1.2%(X3939、LJ316、LJ366)时开始降低。4个品种相比,LJ316的叶片数最多、叶绿素含量居第2位;LJ366的株高、叶片数、根量及叶绿素含量均居第2位;X3939的株高、根重和叶绿素含量最高,但叶片数最少且受盐胁迫影响降低幅度最大;LJ336的株高、根重、叶绿素含量均最低,叶片数居中。不同品种对盐胁迫响应的差异在NaCl浓度为0.6%~0.9%处理中较大,而0.3%的盐胁迫对食葵生长普遍影响较小,1.2%时又普遍发生了严重的抑制作用,均不利于观测品种间差异。LJ316、LJ366、X3939和LJ336的耐盐阈值分别为0.875%、0.868%、0.773%和0.712%。所以,与传统耐盐品种X3939相比,新育成品种LJ316和LJ366在苗期表现出较强的耐盐性,而且LJ366可以获得更高的生物量,LJ336耐盐性相对较低;叶片数和根重等是食葵生物量和耐盐能力形成的重要基础。The response of new edible sunflower variety to NaCl stress and its salt tolerance threshold were studied by hydroponic test in lab. The results showed that the plant height, leaf number and root weight of different sunflower varieties decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration, while the content of chlorophyll was stable under 0%-0.6% of NaCl concentration, then decreased significantly under 0.9% (LJ336) or 1.2% (X3939, LJ316, LJ366) of NaCl concentration. Among all the different varieties, LJ316 had the most number of leaves and the second content of chlorophyll; The plant height, number of leaves, root weight and chlorophyll content of LJ366 ranked the second; The plant height, root weight and chlorophyll content of X3939 were the highest, but the number of leaves was the least; And LJ336 had the least plant height, root weight and chlorophyll content. The responses of different varieties to salt stress under 0.6% - 0.9% of NaCl concentration were larger than those under 0.3% and 1.2% of NaCl concentration. The salt tolerance thresholds of LJ316, LJ366, X3939 and LJ336 were 0.875%, 0.868%, 0.773% and 0.712%, respectively. Therefore, compared with the traditional salt tolerant variety X3939, the new cultivar LJ316 and LJ366 showed good salt tolerances, and LJ366 obtained higher biomass, and LJ336 was relatively sensitive to salt stress. The number of leaves and root weight were the basis of the large biomass and strong salt tolerance of the sunflower.
