摘 要:基于连续跟踪调研获得的9省区、18县市的1497个样本农户8年的平衡面板数据,分析了集体林产权制度主体改革与配套改革对农户收入的影响。文章的经验性结果表明:实施集体林产权制度主体改革增加了纯农户和兼业户农业收入和非农收入,集体林产权制度改革配套改革措施对纯农户和兼业户农业收入和非农收入的影响呈现各异格局。在后续政策执行过程中,需要加以考虑,提高其针对性。Based on the eight-year balance panel data of 1497 sample households in 9 provinces and 18 counties,the paper analyzed the impact of collective forestland tenure reform and matching reform measures on the income of households. The empirical results of this paper indicated that: the implementation of the collective forestland tenure reform has increased the agricultural income and non-agricultural income of pure-agricultural households and parttime households, and the matching reform measures has different effects on the agricultural income and non-agricultural income of pure-agricultural households and part-time households. In the process of implementation of the follow-up policy, it needs to be considered and improved its pertinence.
