摘 要:按照通信导航监视/空中交通管理(CNS/ATM)的发展规划,基于性能导航(PBN)运行是减少航路间隔、提高空域容量所需的基本能力,与连续爬升/下降程序结合及与卫星着陆等进近程序无缝衔接,还可降低燃油消耗,提高机场到达率。PBN也是通过全球信息互享实施基于航迹运行(TBO)提升空域总体运行效率的基石。飞行管理系统(FMS)是支持PBN的机载RNP RNAV设备,分析了全球空中航行计划(GANP)的航空系统组块升级(ASBU)实施路线对飞行管理系统的PBN能力需求。In accordance with the plans for the development of the communication navigation surveillance/air traffic management system (CNS/ATM),PBN operation is the basic capability required to reduce the air route interval to improve the airspace capacity."Furthermore,a seamless combination with continuous climb/descent operation and satellite-b ased landing approach procedure can reduce fuel consumption and improve the airport arrival rate.PBN is the foundation of implementation of trajectory-based operation (TBO)to increase airspace efficiency by global information sharing.While flight management system (FMS)is the airborne RNP RNAV equipment to support PBN,the existing and new functionality of FMS PBN capability required for the Aviation System Block Upgrade (ASBU)systems engineering modernization strategy of Global Air Navigation Plan (GANP)are analyzed.
