摘 要:为了提高管材回弹后的质量,初步建立了管材大曲率无芯弯曲回弹角的预测模型。同时建立了管材弯曲回弹模拟模型,基于ABAQUS数值模拟和实验对0Cr18Ni9管材进行大曲率无芯弯曲(相对弯曲半径为1.5),验证了模拟模型的可靠性。研究了弯曲角、弯曲速度及壁厚等工艺参数对管材弯曲回弹的影响。结果表明:管材弯曲回弹是一个应力释放的过程,弯曲角对回弹影响最大,壁厚次之,弯曲速度影响最小;回弹角随弯曲角度的增大而增大;回弹角随壁厚增大而减小;弯曲速度与回弹角成正相关关系,回弹角随弯曲速增大而增大。To improve the quality of tube after springback,the prediction model of large curvature and non-mandrel bending springback angle was preliminary established.The simulation model of bending and springbaek of tube was established.Large curvature and nonmandrel bending of 0Cr18Ni9tube (relative bending radius was 1.5)was performed based on ABAQUS numerical simulation and experiments.The reliability of the simulation model was verified.The influence of the processing parameters such as bending angle,bending speed and wall thickness on the springback of the tube was studied.The results show that the bending and springback of tube is a process of stress release,the bending angle has the greatest effect on springback,the wall thickness has less,and the bending velocity has the least.The springback angle increases with the increase of the bending angle.The springback angle decreases with the increase of the wall thickness.The springback angle increases with the increase of the bending speed.
